The Risk Manager Client Server provides a pre-claim register that allows the logging and assessment of any reported activity without actually creating a claim. This enables the collection and review of incidents prior to the establishment and assignment of a claim. Additionally, all of the basic aspects of litigation can be attached to any litigated claim – allowing tracking of performance of defense council, average claimant awards, reserve factors, and loss triangles. Reports such as Outstanding Reserves, OSHA logs, Average Time from Occurrence to Report, Frequency and Severity by Shipper, Driver Supervisor, or are standard reports.
